Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Novus Odds, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

Informational and experimental purpose

Novus Odds provides mathematical simulations, probability experiments, educational information, and analytical visualizations. The service is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, gambling operator, financial institution, or professional advisory service.

Simulation outputs are generated from mathematical models and assumptions. They do not guarantee, represent, or warrant the outcome of any future sporting event, wager, market, or financial result.

No betting service

Novus Odds does not accept wagers, hold gambling balances, transmit bets to sportsbooks, or place bets on behalf of users.

Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with laws, regulations, age restrictions, and contractual requirements that may apply to gambling or betting activities in their jurisdiction.

No guarantee of accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to design simulation formulas and software correctly, but no software or mathematical model is guaranteed to be error-free. Results may be affected by assumptions, configuration choices, random variance, software defects, or limitations in the model.

You should independently verify information before relying on it for decisions involving money or other material consequences.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, or interfere with the service.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, infrastructure, or data.
• Do not use the service in a manner that violates applicable law.
• Do not misrepresent Novus Odds simulation output as guaranteed real-world performance.

Intellectual property

Except where otherwise indicated, the Novus Odds software interface, branding, written content, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Novus Stream Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novus Stream Solutions is not responsible for gambling losses, financial losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or other losses resulting from reliance on simulations, probability estimates, educational content, or other information provided through Novus Odds.

Changes

We may revise these Terms of Use as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
