Cookie and Storage Policy
Information about cookies, browser storage, experiment history, and privacy controls used by Novus Odds.
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Current use of browser storage
The current Novus Odds application uses browser local storage to remember privacy preferences and to save recent experiment results when functional storage is used.
Local storage is stored on your device and is separate from a traditional server-side user account.
Necessary storage
Necessary storage is used to remember privacy choices and support essential application behaviour. These functions are required to reliably respect the choices made through the privacy preference interface.
Functional storage
Functional storage allows features such as recent experiment history. Disabling or clearing this storage may cause locally saved results to disappear.
Analytics
Google Analytics loads only when you allow the Analytics preference. Simulations do not require analytics cookies to run.
Advertising
Google AdSense may load a client script used for publisher site verification and account setup. Google AdSense display units are not shown yet.
When you allow the Advertising preference, Adsterra may show a native placement under the site header and display banners on pages. You can turn advertising off at any time from Cookie Preferences.
Managing your preferences
You can reopen the privacy preference interface using the Cookie Preferences option in the footer. You can also remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
